However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Order & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. All transactions are secure and processed through PCI-compliant payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. Express shipping (3-5 days) is available for an additional fee. International orders may take 14-30 days and are subject to customs duties. MojoBae is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after item receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Items damaged or modified by the customer are ineligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the MojoBae website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MojoBae or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.
